We are looking for a Workforce Planner Associate to join our talented Customer Support team in Berlin.

This entails workforce management scheduling and load balancing requirements for work peaks and valleys. The Workforce Planner makes adjustments and recommendations for optimising scheduling to maximise service and quality. In addition, the Workforce Planner Associate prepares and produces work volume and staffing forecast dashboards, as well as comparative data on results vs. forecasts, identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends solutions together with the Workforce Manager to whom you will report into.  

As a Workforce Planner Associate, you will:

  • Ensure schedules are generated on a regular basis to maximise efficiency of resources
  • Provide various scheduling analyses to ensure optimal schedules and provide staff recommendations.
  • Provide and maintain Intra-day Performance reports
  • Ensure data integrity within WFM system
  • Capture, store and report on historical statistics
  • Collaborate with multiple CS staff to identify scheduling requirements.
  • Establish and maintain communication channels to ensure scheduling and resources are met.
  • Provide various Presentations and reporting on the effectiveness; efficiencies of scheduling
  • Engage in Grover level communications with agents and front-line leadership monitoring/addressing agent behaviours in a consistent and supportive engagement.
  • Support timely and accurate inquiries from Operations managers management and Shiftleads.
  • Support other WFM assignments as directed by the WF Manager

We are looking for a passionate Workforce Planner Associate, with:

  • English skills, German are a plus but not a requirement.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel, use of pivot tables and formulas 
  • Experience with WFM platforms is recommended (i.e. WhenIwork, IEX, Verint)
  • A proactive attitude. You don't wait until someone else solves a problem, but often take matters into your own hands
  • Bonus: data management – SQL, Python, VBA, Tableau, macros, pivot tables, pivot charts
  • Great communication skills, patient, and detail-oriented
  • Highly adaptable - you are flexible and look forward to new challenges
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
