We are looking for a Growth Manager (m/w/x) to join our talented Product team. 

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Manager with a T-shaped profile in CRM and campaign management, to grow and engage our customer base around our exciting new Financial Service product/s such as “Grover Card”.

As Growth Manager you will:

  • Identify opportunities for growth, build campaigns, and partner with internal stakeholders across commercial, product, and brand teams to execute our strategy
  • Perform strategic analysis to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. You will own conversion and will work closely with product managers to roll out growth initiatives that boost our conversion rates. 
  • Have focused expertise on driving a holistic campaign strategy and working with CRM and performance channels on both acquisition and retention
  • Coordinate all campaign areas while working effectively with our growth marketing, brand, commercial, and product teams 
  • Propose, develop and execute long and short-term campaigns with a wide range of objectives, including seasonal, product launches, and brand building
  • Identify and implement improvements to campaign processes that change the way we work internally
  • Monitor and ensure campaigns deliver against weekly and monthly targets, in terms of traffic, acquired users, etc.

We are looking for a passionate Growth Manager with:

  • Minimum 2-3+ years working in Growth marketing, with a focus on campaign management across multiple acquisitions & CRM channels
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to work with brand, product, and growth marketing teams with the spirit of collaboration and teamwork
  • The ability to clearly present work, and articulate the rationale for the decisions that led to it
  • An analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with leading user engagement with Braze, from rollout of new features to implementing growth strategy is a plus
  • Understanding and leveraging CRM initiatives across channels to boost activation and retention
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
