We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst Stock to join our talented Operations team in Berlin. 

As a Supply Chain Analyst Stock, you will:

  • Monitor Stock reconciliation between ERP and warehouse management system
  • Coordinate with other teams to resolve discrepancies between systems
  • Create and maintain reports to improve inventory efficiency
  • Analyse damages reported by customers and allocate a replacement device when needed
  • Propose strategies and process improvements on the supply chain
  • Proxy stock manager if needed
  • Stock reconciliation

We are looking for a passionate Supply Chain Analyst Stock with:

  • The ability to work individually and take ownership of small projects
  • Proactive decision making
  • Lateral thinking to be able to identify and solve complex issues
  • High organisational skills
  • General knowledge in consumer electronics recommended but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of SalesForce and some experience with WMS recommended but not mandatory
  • Fluent English (Fluent German is a plus!) 
  • Profound MS Office knowledge (PIVOT, VLOOKUP) is a plus
