Your mission at Grover:
 
We are searching for an Affiliate Manager to join the Growth Team where your primary goal will be to escalate and take the affiliate strategies to the next level. As an Affiliate Manager at Grover, you will be able to drive global campaigns across three main markets and scale the growth through our existing and new partners. You will have complete autonomy to manage partners, bring your A-Game with ideas and share your previous experience from other affiliate strategies.

As a Affiliate Manager, you will:

  • Build up and scale our relationships with new and existing affiliate partners into long-term successful acquisition channels across Germany and Austria.
  • Evaluate the right partners to reach our audience in line with our brand, value proposition and work closely with them to generate commercial concepts to push the channel.
  • Design, research, partner with and manage global and local affiliate networks and partners across 3+ markets.
  • Analyze data to monitor performance, traffic quality (ROI, fraud rate) and identify growth opportunities within the channel and networks.
  • Set up proper reporting processes and analysis for the affiliate program.
  • Commission structure, budgeting and forecasting.

We are looking for a passionate Affiliate Manager with:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing digital company, start-up environment or a fintech.
  • A proven track record in building and scaling affiliate marketing across multiple countries.
  • 3+ years of relevant and demonstrable affiliate experience, across third party or own networks. (Tradedoubler, Impact, Commission Junction, etc...)
  • You are highly analytical and a number driven person with communication skills.
  • Solid experience working with web tracking & mobile attribution. Strong conceptual understanding of tracking technologies commonly used in affiliate marketing.
  • You have a “Getting things done” attitude and you have an organized and structured method.
  • Mother language, German. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - any other language is a plus.
