Your mission at Grover:
We are searching for a Paid Social Specialist to join the Growth Team where your primary goal will be to scale and take our Paid Social efforts to the next level. As a Paid Social Specialist at Grover, you will be able to steer and optimise our campaigns and scale our digital footprint across The Netherlands and Spain. You will have complete autonomy to do what is right for the business, and we will empower you to drive our business in innovative ways.

As a Paid Social Specialist, you will:

  • Take responsibility for the management and execution of marketing campaigns in the field of Paid Social (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, etc...)
  • Manage and optimize campaigns for acquisition, activation, and retention (across web and app) and optimise towards defined KPIs
  • Test, experiment, analyse results, and identify actionable opportunities (targeting, bid optimisation, ad testing, etc.) to improve performance and scale
  • Communicate regularly with account teams from Facebook, Twitter and TikTok to ensure our marketing goals are met and stay updated about innovative products
  • Understand the customer journey from first impressions to order confirmation and will look to optimise conversion rates across the funnel
  • Work as part of a multi-functional team alongside brand, product and BI teams to constantly iterate and improve your campaigns

We are looking for a passionate Paid Social Specialist, with:

  • First hand experience (at least +2 year) in performance marketing with a focus on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Experience working with and optimising Facebook through Smartly (bidding, targeting and audience management) on the web as well as experience with app install and app event optimization campaigns.
  • A tested variety of ad formats (Newsfeed, Carousel, Canvas, DPA, etc) and experience with creating and scaling campaigns in either consumer subscriptions or eCommerce industries
  • High analytical skills and attention to detail (knowledge of Excel, Tableau, SQL is ideal)
  • Knowledge on how to plan, set up and complete significant A/B tests with clear applicable results
  • interest in staying up to date with the latest in the world of performance marketing and looking to implement new things in your work
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and balance between getting stuff done and making things great
  • Great communication skills and positive attitude towards problem solving
  • Fluency in English and mother language in Dutch or Spanish (any other language will be a plus)
