Your mission at Grover:
 
We are looking for our Growth Market Lead for DACH Region (DE & AT). This role empowers our growth specialists across a multiple set of channels, through insights, analysis, and thought leadership. This is a meaningful role as it will be developing and executing strategies to ensure Grover hits its ambitious growth goals; it will also be responsible for incubating new initiatives and experimenting to improve our customer experience in these markets.

As a Growth Market Lead, you will:

  • Proactively identify, gather, and generate new user acquisition efforts & retention strategies to fuel Grover continued growth.
  • Lead a team of growth specialists across all range of marketing activities, from paid to non-paid, from online to offline. You’re a rounded marketeer with passion for building and establishing our brand in the region, while improving our customer satisfaction.
  • Fully focused on developing, experimenting, and scaling successful efforts across both countries, with a very business-analytical mindset. You focus on what drives sustained compounding growth. Continuously challenge the status quo with a belief that opportunities for improvement persist.
  • Stakeholder management across different departments, sharing wins and learnings, and contributing to elevate the broader team's impact.

We are looking for a passionate Growth Market Lead, with:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated work experience in startup, strategy, operations, growth, or a variety of other specialty roles, with demonstrated experience managing a team at least for +3 years.
  • Growth and digital proven experience across acquisition and retention strategies to focus on driving subscription volume and value up. You know how to interact with our potential customers from all online channels, including offline, CRM and onsite & app conversion strategies.
  • Strong problem solving skills rooted in data-driven insights that guide sound decision making, across product, brand and commercial teams.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • A passion for seeking complex, challenging, and ambiguous problems that warrant ambition and perseverance.
  • Good communication skills that will allow you to clearly explain your work and to participate in constructive debate.
  • A background in consumer growth with a digital platform or another consumer product or service company would be a plus.
  • German mother language. English proficiency (any other language will be a plus).
