We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our talented Operations team in Berlin.

As a Customer Support Intern, you will:

  • Act as the voice of our company and take care of our customers. The customer always comes first for you
  • Create a unique customer experience by proactively contributing through suggestions and implement them independently
  • Communicate by email and phone, answer inquiries, and deal with complaints
  • Be involved in establishing a clear and concise Customer Support Process
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and learn more about the Business
  • Be responsible for projects to improve the customer experience
  • Support international expansion
  • Join a motivated team

We are looking for a passionate Customer Support Intern, with:

  • German (B2 at a minimum) & English skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to make customers happy. You don't wait until someone else solves a problem, but often take matters into your own hands
  • Great communication skills, patient, and detail-oriented
  • High adaptability - you are flexible and look forward to new challenges
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
