Position Summary:
Very strong customer focus
Manage day to day interactions with Finance and other related business users
Collaborate with IT colleagues to support FICO business as well as e2e business needs
Help maintain and address FICO related system ongoing enhancements and new project implementation
Lead, support and troubleshoot FICO business users for daily operation
Lead and manage external partners
Acting as PM if needed
Working with international teams
Qualifications, Required Education and Experience:
Advanced 10+ years SAP FICO experience
5+ SAP Full cycle new project implementation experience
Intermediate ABAP knowledge with debug capability
Intermediate EDI integration knowledge
Experience with SAP Project management, PMP certification is a plus
Experience of supporting and troubleshooting internal business users
Managing multiple tasks
Deal with international teams
