Position Summary:

The mission of the Costco Roadshow Retail Associate (CRRA) is to support the retail sales team by ensuring a best in class customer experience at assigned locations throughout our Costco roadshow program. As a Costco Roadshow Retail Associate (CRRA), you will be the face of our brand, engaging with Costco members to provide captivating product demonstrations. Your mission will be to showcase the power and performance of Greenworks and ultimately drive increased sales at events within your assigned territory.

This role will also support our sales organization in a variety of capacities and will be a key contributor in facilitating the growth and scaling of the program. The ideal candidate would bring their genuine excitement for Greenworks mission into each event. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a social environment and can easily adapt to unique locations. Compensation will be salary plus bonus opportunities if sales goals are exceeded. This role is full-time with benefits and vacation.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Meet or exceed set sales goals for each roadshow event.
  • Set-up and breakdown of Greenworks booth at start and conclusion of each roadshow event
  • Check-in with warehouse staff upon arrival and leave a maintained station before leaving for the day
  • Engage with all customers passing by the Greenworks booth
  • Actively promote and drive sales of Greenworks products during demonstrations, converting customer interest into purchases
  • Follow an assigned schedule, given by your manager.
  • Maintain consistent punctuality and communication.
  • Maintain a professional appearance that is consistent with the requirements of the job.
  • Ensure products are displayed properly; demo station is set up to standard and maintain a clean and organized area.
  • Attend training sessions as required
  • Be the eyes, ears and voice of Greenworks within Costco while adhering to all warehouse policies
  • Follow safety and privacy guidelines for Greenworks and Costco.
  • Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that align to the Greenworks culture, values and mission
  • Communicate sales results regularly and maintain accurate inventory tracking.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A passion for outdoor power equipment!
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in sales (experience at Costco or other retail a plus!)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights & weekends – each roadshow is a 10 day event starting on Friday and ending on the following Sunday followed by 4 days off – then repeat.
  • Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required for booth set-up/breakdown
  • Must be friendly, energetic, outgoing, and a “people-person”.
  • Must be results-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Must possess exceptional communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to drive a truck and 20’ trailer to move event materials and inventory between Costco locations.
