Greenlight is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the Co-brand Team through a period of rapid growth. This team focuses on external partnerships and platform integrations. You will develop a strong team of managers and engineers, and drive the execution and roadmap of the Co-brand vision at Greenlight.

What you will be doing:
Developing and executing the company’s business strategies around co-brand.
Providing strategic advice to the co-brand GM and VP of Engineering.
Preparing and implementing a comprehensive business plan to facilitate achievement
Driving and defining the co-brand roadmap
Proactively explore, identify, and analyze areas of opportunity and market trends
What you should bring:
A strong understanding for the importance of product quality and user experience.
Ability to drive momentum toward execution on roadmaps and vision.
Strong relationship building experience with internal and external customers.
Experience in the financial and banking industry is a plus.
