We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic and collaborative People Operations Team. In this role, you will directly support our team of Recruiters who are responsible for internal hiring across all departments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and driven. You will serve as a Greenlight ambassador and ensure that every candidate has an amazing experience from the time they submit an application to the time they receive an offer.
This role reports to the Head of People Operations.
What you will be doing:
Coordinate the interview process for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely interview experience for both parties
Schedule all phone and onsite interviews through Greenhouse and G-Suite. Book travel arrangements for out of state candidates as needed,including booking flights, hotel rooms and managing all related expenses
Compile interview packets, schedules and gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruiting team on all new job openings, by participating in intake meetings, developing job requirements,
Plan and execute recruiting and networking events such as hosting meet-ups and attending college career fairs
What you should bring:
2+ years of experience supporting an internal or agency recruiting team
Passion for people and drive to provide the best possible candidate experience
Experience working within Greenhouse or Lever, LinkedIn, and G-Suite
