We are seeking an analytical Growth Performance Manager to develop strategy and drive growth of Greenlight. In this critical role, you will optimize and scale Greenlight’s paid marketing program across digital and offline channels using rigorous analysis and a test-and-learn approach.
This role reports to the Director of Growth Marketing.
Who you are:
Comfortable with data, ambiguity, and speed
Highly analytical with passion for rigor and structure
Able to zoom out and make decisions with strategic context
Optimize multimillion-dollar media program to meet growth and efficiency goals
Source and manage external partners and ensure alignment with company goals
Design and execute tests, interpret results, and iterate
Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends
Implement process and organization tools within the Growth Marketing team
Facilitate cross-functional communication with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations
What you should bring:
3-5 years in an analytical marketing or business strategy role in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline
Experience with establishing processes and workflow tools
Experience managing a budget and buying media preferred
MBA and/or experience in management consulting preferred
