Roles & Responsibilities

  • Requirements Translation: Work closely with clients and teams to translate business needs into API-led MuleSoft solutions.
  • Integration Architecture & Strategy: Design architecture for scalable, secure integrations, ensuring business alignment and efficiency.
  • System Design & API Mastery: Lead holistic system design and high-quality API development within the MuleSoft ecosystem.
  • Project Management & Troubleshooting: Ensure project success through effective management and advanced troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 6 years of developing technology solutions, with a strong focus on Mulesoft technologies. A minimum of 5 years in client project management with a demonstrated increase in responsibility.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in API development (including Apigee, Kong), and familiarity with protocols (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing and sizing Mulesoft projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to lead teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex issues clearly.
  • Adaptability: Prepared to travel up to 25% and adept at managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions.
