About the position

That’s where Greenhouse comes in – from recruiting to on-boarding, we make software to help every company be great at hiring.

Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team!

In this role, you'll play a key role in helping scale the Revenue organization for our next stage of growth. You'll work closely with sales leaders in Dublin and in the US, across functions such as new business, account management, and sales development. You'll own and improve key sales reporting and analysis, processes around book building and territory management, GTM process improvement, and parts of our sales tech stack. You'll partner closely with leadership from across our customer-facing teams, our revenue systems team, finance, and enablement.

Who will love this job

  • A detail-oriented sales nerd - you're passionate about all things sales and operate best when you know everything ticks and ties
  • A clear communicator - you convey your thoughts clearly to team members across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
  • A collaborative partner - you know that building strong relationships cross-functionally is the best way to get the job done
  • A puzzle solver - decisions aren't made in a bubble; we'll often be piecing together multiple data points to make sure we end up with the right big-picture fit

What you’ll do

  • Work directly with sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Structure and execute on projects by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analysis, and developing final recommendations
  • Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics. Translate data into insights and action, and communicate recommendations to sales leadership and the broader organization
  • Proactively identify and redefine processes and systems that improve and scale our business
  • Support company-level strategy-setting and planning efforts

You should have

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations team at a high-growth SaaS company

  • Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience working in Salesforce and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience with other common sales tools and Gainsight, a plus
  • Your own unique talents! Your background has given you a unique perspective and set of transferable skills that aren't always in alignment with a given role - but those are qualities we value at Greenhouse. If you don't meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, we still strongly encourage you to apply

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
