Greenhouse is looking for a Director, Revenue FP&A to join our team!

Reporting into our VP of FP&A, you will drive significant FP&A deliverables, as well as manage, lead and grow an impactful team. You’ll collaborate with partners across all departments to help our leadership gain key insights into our business and support optimal decision-making across the organization. As a strategic and analytical partner for the company, you have a passion for continuous improvement and can implement seamlessly within the context of a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do

  • Be a business partner who can highlight risks & opportunities in a constructive way to internal leaders
  • Own and handle our core financial models, focusing on accuracy and alignment and ensuring that infrastructure is scalable
  • Partner with the VP to oversee the company’s budgeting, planning and forecasting for the fiscal years ahead
  • Drive preparation of board decks and generate insights with a broader story in mind
  • Play a key role in leading operating reviews


You should have

  • Deep proficiency in analyzing financial documents and knowledge of key operating metrics
  • Experience building and leading impactful teams with diverse levels of expertise
  • Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models and related metrics
  • Four-year BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • Demonstrated experience in a financial role (FP&A/consulting/banking); specialization in Revenue FP&A, a strong plus
  • Deep understanding of Excel and PowerPoint (Google Sheets and Slides, a plus)

The national pay range for this role is $169,000 - $235,500 annually. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
