Position Summary:

Grayscale is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer who possesses a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of how art and design can express a brand. This individual will be a technical expert as well as a thought leader, capable of ideating and executing designs that resonate with our brand's strategic vision.


  • Strategize and execute design solutions that align with our marketing objectives and enhance our brand's identity.
  • Manage the design process from conceptualization to final output, including ideation, prototype development, and production.
  • Apply strategic thinking to developing new creative, ensuring that designs contribute to a comprehensive brand system.
  • Translate complex ideas into compelling visuals that address our creative needs.
  • Establish and enforce design standards and policies to maintain consistent, high-quality branding.
  • Ensure that all design outputs comply with industry regulations and ethical standards, particularly in advertising realms.
  • Produce a wide array of visual content, including but not limited to print materials, billboards, digital designs, storyboards, animations, infographics, pitch decks, and report covers.

Prior Experience/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a graphic design role
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Expert in Figma
  • Exceptional creativity, with a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, including branding, digital, and print.
  • Experience in leading and executing complex design projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design concepts and strategies effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
