What you’ll do:

Grayscale is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team. You’ll be directly supporting our CEO and leadership team as you help scale the business and transform the way hiring is done for enterprise organizations.

You’ll be exposed to all aspects of the business and will be a foundational member of our core team. This is not a typical AE role - you’ll be required to wear many hats, think like an entrepreneur, work independently, contribute to our culture, bring ideas to the table, and help improve our process.

Our ideal candidate is a future founder / sales leader in the making, who’s hungry to learn, and wants to roll up their sleeves to make it happen. 🙌

Here are some key functions you’ll perform in this role:

  • This is first and foremost a hunter role. You’ll be actively prospecting new business opportunities, as well as developing and upselling current clients.
  • Responsible for the overall business development, client engagement, and sales lifecycle of the Grayscale platform to large enterprise customers throughout the US
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify enterprise lead opportunities and present territory sales strategies to Grayscale sales leadership
  • Document and track all potential and existing client interactions and lead follow-through using Hubspot
  • Execute detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to C-level executives, directors, and sales managers
  • Identify and utilize internal resources (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, etc.) to build Grayscale brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and close enterprise business deals

Top qualities & experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong background in technology sales with demonstrated abilities to take ownership of business, prospect for leads, and close sales
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals w/ a strong W2 track record
  • 5-7 years’ experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
  • Experience selling to VPs / SVPs / C-levels of large talent acquisition organizations a huge plus
  • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct compelling on-site presentations and product demonstrations to C-Level executives
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on putting customers first
