Position Summary

As a Robotics Quality Assurance Engineer you will ensure the integration of HW and SW is qualified to pass on to formal QA activities. You will be working on a team responsible for integration and deployment of AI-software on edge devices responsible for running deployed robots at customers' site. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop test plans and test cases for robotics system testing
  • Develop application specific test emulation data set required for performance testing and evaluation
  • Review product functional requirements and design documents
  • Work with engineers to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented
  • Execute test cases across all functional areas of our robotic systems
  • Setup and maintain in-house test floors, stations, and equipment
  • Verify new hardware components that can work with existing software system
  • Report and be a proponent of defect reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and organize your work to meet deadlines. Comfortable multi-tasking/working on different projects concurrently
  • Self-driven, passionate, and constantly pursuing knowledge and excellence
  • Nothing-is-impossible attitude

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience with software and hardware QA testing
  • Proficiency operating in a Linux environment
  • Basic networking proficiency
  • Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment
