Hi! Welcome to Gravity Well. We're a brand new independent game dev studio and we believe the time is right to shake things up in AAA game dev.
We're looking to hire the best talent in the industry, regardless of where you live. We have an office in Los Angeles for local folks who choose to use it, but we started the studio with remote work in mind. The office is purely optional, for those who prefer coming to an office on some days. Most of our employees are remote-only and it's fine if you are, too!
We understand that your skillset and responsibilities may not have been given the appropriate recognition and job title. That is why when we interview you, we will NOT rely on your current job title to tell us what you're capable of. We want every employee to feel recognized for their efforts and set you up for success.
