We are looking for User Insights Analyst who will mine our customer data, develop metrics, and create reports and dashboards to provide analytical support to our marketing team for Fragrant Jewels and our emerging brands. This role will work on projects such as measuring the effectiveness of acquisition and retention marketing campaigns, evaluating the lifetime customer value, subscription decay, other vital KPIs.

What you'll do:

  • Bring in new ideas, test new approaches on millions of users and see the direct effects on business and website interaction.
  • Solve problems surrounding customer personalization and recommendations
  • Create predictive models for customer lifetime value for subscription based members and for content performance
  • Analyze web and seasonal trends
  • Design, deploy, interpret A/B and multivariate tests
  • Create visualizations for our ad trafficking, content creation and executive teams
  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting of marketing KPIs


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or Economics preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience analyzing Marketing or Product performance for eCommerce business
  • Expertise with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, vba)
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data or Business Intelligence Analyst or similar career paths
  • Expertise writing complex queries on SQL
  • Experience with web analytics tools
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and business intelligence tools preferred
  • Familiarity with database structures preferred
