We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join us in our next phase of growth. You will be assigned key segments of our market and take responsibility for converting qualified leads into closeable sales opportunities. You will have a strong understanding of our sales cycle, excel at researching leads, and partner with other areas of our business to seamlessly guide our customers through the sale cycle.

Responsibilities 

  • Strategically convert leads into sales opportunities by setting meetings through phone calls, emails, social media outreach, or other communication methods.
  • Cultivate and nurture a network of referrals and new leads to continually generate interest in GraphiteRx’s platform.
  • Create relationships with prospects by identifying their needs and and how our platform will solve their challenges.
  • Document, benchmark, and track interactions with prospective customers in our CRM tool.
  • Partner with other departments to delight prospects throughout the buying journey with a focus on customer conversions.
  • Continually evangelize the GraphiteRx brand and product.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 year’s experience in sales, prospecting, and lead generation with an early stage product.
  • Strong, friendly, upbeat verbal and concise written communication, presentation, and negotiating skills. 
  • Confident in cold calling and building rapport with new individuals daily.
  • Extremely coachable and willing to learn.
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical space is a plus.  
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, graduate degree is a plus.
