Who We Are
Granica is an AI information research and engineering company, with expertise derived from Stanford, Google, and Apple. Granica’s Data Foundation Platform directly tackles specific issues including inefficient model training processes and complex compliance challenges with data privacy and enrichment technologies. By implementing Granica, users can streamline a path to ethical AI.
Based in Mountain View, California, Granica has raised $45 million in cumulative capital from the world’s top institutional investors, including New Enterprise Associates and Bain Capital Ventures, as well as prolific technology luminaries and pioneers.
Granica is actively growing and working towards a generational mission of making AI Safe, Effective, and Efficient. We seek individuals who are inspired to challenge the status quo and can be sheer force multipliers across their respective teams and the company at large. We value and welcome unconventional backgrounds, oddballs, and misfits. We foster an ethos of inclusivity no matter what.
Summary
Granica relies on word-class, fundamental ML and AI research to drive the company’s long-term product roadmap. Our research and machine learning team, led by Dr. Andrea Montanari, is one of the most highly regarded in the world and includes members with accomplished backgrounds in machine learning, information theory, statistics, and algorithms.
We have an opening for a Machine Learning Engineer on our new products engineering team, code name "Signal". Signal leverages novel information retrieval techniques to extract relevant subsets of data from larger datasets and create enriched datasets for training - for end users of Signal, this accelerates model development time for quicker time to market and results in a material improvement in the performance of their models. Signal has a wide range of use cases and possibilities that sophisticated enterprise customers can implement across predictive and generative AI use cases.
Signal is currently available by early access preview, and this individual will play a mission-critical role in helping Signal become generally available for large-scale, enterprise customers.
