Summary
We have multiple openings for Software Engineers on our Platform Engineering Team who will focus on building and maintaining highly available infrastructure for our enterprise customers. This team is directly responsible for helping optimize the design, implementation, and ultimately customer onboarding experience for our large-scale enterprise customers. Additionally, this team is absolutely vital to maintaining the highest levels of customer success post-onboarding.
What You’ll Do
Invent:
- Design, implement, and operate the cloud-native infrastructure that hosts Granica's platform and multiple products and services
Own:
- Build, implement, and improve automation, monitoring tools, and components of the company's platform infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments and continuously improve development and deployment best practices
- Participate in on-call responsibilities in rotation with platform engineering colleagues
Learn:
- Be an engaged team player in a customer-obsessed, cross-functional environment where you will feel excited and empowered to take on what is most impactful for the company and its end users
What You Bring To Us:
- 4+ years experience with Public Cloud Providers (AWS or GCP) (e.g. IAM, EC2, VPC, ELB, ALB, Autoscaling, Lambda)
- Deep familiarity with a scripting language (like Python), a high level language (Golang, Java, CPP), as well as Bash, and Terraform
- Strong communication and programming skills, and experience with technical writing
- Experience with end-to-end testing and automating testing infrastructure to improve CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
- Practical experience with Docker containerization and clustering (Kubernetes/EKS/GKE)
- Experience with cloud operations including monitoring, logging, incident response, and SLA management
- Ability to work three days per week in our beautiful Mountain View, CA HQ or in one of our regional hubs which include Austin, TX or New York, NY
Pay And Benefits
The base salary for this role is between $120,000 to $200,000. For sales positions at Granica, the salary range mentioned encompasses the On Target Earnings ("OTE") range specific to each role. This means that the range covers both the target for sales commissions or bonuses, as well as the annual base salary for the role. It is important to note that this salary range applies to various career levels within Granica and will be further refined during the interview phase, taking into account factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, this role will receive a highly competitive equity compensation package.
