Grammarly is excited to offer a remote-first hybrid working model. Team members work primarily remotely in the United States, Canada, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, or Portugal. Certain roles have specific location requirements to facilitate collaboration at a particular Grammarly hub.

All roles have an in-person component: Conditions permitting, teams meet 2–4 weeks every quarter at one of Grammarly’s hubs in San Francisco, Kyiv, New York, Vancouver, and Berlin, or in a workspace in Kraków. This flexible approach gives team members the best of both worlds: plenty of focus time along with in-person collaboration that fosters trust and unlocks creativity.

Grammarly team members in this role must be based in the United States or Canada, and they must be able to collaborate in person 2 weeks per quarter, traveling if necessary to the hub(s) where the team is based.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Channel Partnerships Manager to join our Channel Sales team. The person in this role will be responsible for creating and executing scalable programs that benefit Grammarly Business and Grammarly for Education’s partners. They will primarily focus on building relationships with Grammarly Channel Partners to help enable their teams to position and sell the value of Grammarly product offerings to their customer bases. The Channel Partnerships Manager will work alongside Sales and Customer Success teams, as well as other cross-functional teams, to support the strategy of Grammarly and its partner. This person will become an expert on how Grammarly’s product offerings and value propositions can enhance how partners sell to end customers.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a partner strategy to achieve business goals
  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with key partners
  • Collaborating with partners to create joint go-to-market plans and strategies
  • Managing day-to-day communication with partners to ensure the successful delivery of agreed-upon initiatives
  • Identifying new business opportunities with partners
  • Tracking and reporting on partner performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure successful partner engagement
  • Staying informed about industry trends and developments to identify potential new partners
  • Communicating partner performance and contributing to annual partner planning
  • Identifying and resolving conflicts and challenges within the channel
  • Attending industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company

This is a critical role on the Channel Partnerships team. You will be required to have a good mix of abilities, including the ability to understand and explain multiple product offerings’ value propositions, strong communication and presentation skills to create and own training programs, an ability to be a confident public speaker and product expert, and a desire to drive for significant growth in our business.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US and Canada locations are categorized into compensation zones based on each geographic region’s cost of labor index. Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role by compensation zone are outlined below and may be modified in the future.

United States: 
Zone 1: $160,000 – $200,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $150,000 – $188,000/year (USD)
Zone 3: $146,000 – $182,000/year (USD)
Zone 4: $141,000 – $176,000/year (USD)
 
Canada: 
Zone 1: $120,000 – $150,000/year (CAD)
Zone 2: $109,000 - $137,000/year (CAD)
 
The commission portion for this role will be up to 40% of the On-Target Earning (OTE).
