Grammarly is excited to offer a remote-first hybrid working model. Team members can work primarily remotely in the United States, Canada, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, or Portugal. To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Experimentation Team. This role will lead a team that builds the experimentation platform to enable Grammarly to make data-driven decisions and accelerate product development.

Your impact

The Experimentation team is driving toward a vision to empower all of our teams to run hundreds of experiments and analyze the results autonomously.

As Engineering Manager of this team, you will:

  • Own and design our strategies for further scaling Grammarly’s experimentation systems. 
  • Own the product roadmap for the team.
  • Collaborate with talented product managers, data scientists, and engineers across the company.
  • Evangelize best practices to ensure our infrastructure is set up to handle our rapidly growing user base.
  • Recruit and retain top talent.
  • Provide mentorship and career development to your team members. 
  • Set the long-term strategy and vision for the experimentation platform.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has at least 2 years of experience managing engineering teams.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We offer twenty days of paid time off per year (global), eleven days of paid holidays per year (US and Canada), and unlimited sick days (global).

The expected salary range for this position is outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.

Zone 1: $226,000-$281,000/year (USD)
