Head of Business Intelligence is a cross-functional role that creates and sustains the BI Culture among game designers, developers, game artists, and marketing teams.

Head of BI has complete autonomy to establish the technical and cultural BI excellence at Gram Games through in-depth understanding of statistics, game monetization models/KPIs and technical tools required for the job.

We already have awesome teams of game analysts, marketing analysts and game designers who care about making data-informed decisions, we need the visionary subject matter expert to bring it all together with hands on for the highest player satisfaction.

You have the vision, the drive and the experience to create the BI culture among different functions on an international scope at a fast-growing company.


You have hands-on experience delivering tangible results with at least one of the following:

SQL, Redshift, Vertica, Kinesis, Kafka, Hadoop, Map/Reduce, Hive, Pig, Python, R

It would also be great if you had…

Domain Knowledge

You have extensive domain knowledge about the gaming industry and monetization models.

You understand the KPIs and the relationship between them for free-to-play games.
