2+ years experience in a customer support role, preferably within a tech company.

Experience troubleshooting fundamental tech issues and relaying information in a way that customers can understand.
Streamlined, straightforward, warm, and friendly communication skills (both online and on the phone).
A great listener, you can turn customers' feedback into product improvement suggestions.
Comfortable in a startup environment, working autonomously but collaboratively when necessary.
Quick to learn - you will quickly learn how the app works and explain it to someone else.
Be available to work one of the following schedules:
Tuesday- Saturday 9 AM - 6 PM
Monday - Friday 11 AM - 8 PM, 12 PM - 9 PM
Wednesday - Sunday - 9 AM - 6 PM
Respond timely to all and especially sensitive customer inquiries.
Gather feedback, identify patterns of issues, and escalate them to the Product team.
Be proactive and think of creative ways to solve problems customers experience and figure out ways to improve the product.
