About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager to spearhead efforts to drive high-quality pipeline growth for our business. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging a mix of digital and traditional channels. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, SDR teams, and other marketing stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment and execution of go-to-market strategies.

This is a hands-on role in a high-growth organization where you will balance strategic thinking with tactical execution to penetrate new markets and grow existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize demand generation strategies and campaigns to support pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other third-party platforms.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales leadership, SDR teams, and product marketing to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.
  • Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows using tools like Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage Salesforce and other analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Market Penetration: Identify and execute strategies to penetrate new markets outside of the existing ecosystem.
  • Program Management: Plan and execute end-to-end integrated campaigns, from initial ideation through to execution and measurement.
  • Budget Management: Oversee demand generation budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years in demand generation or related marketing roles in the enterprise software industry.
    • Proven track record in high-growth organizations, ideally with experience in cloud infrastructure, security, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data and analytical skills to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and report outcomes.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience interfacing with Sales and SDR leadership to align demand generation strategies.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in organizations with >$250M -> $1B ARR

In the US, the OTE range for this role is $135,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
