About the Role:    

The Product Marketing Manager will be a hands-on individual contributor, helping to develop and drive the marketing strategy, positioning and messaging for Gradient AI’s Property & Casualty (P&C) solutions including workers’ compensation, general liability, commercial auto, business owners’ policy, and more.  

This individual will work closely with the marketing, product management, and sales teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives supporting the company’s revenue and market penetration objectives. Their strong communication skills will show through messaging and collaboration with stakeholders.  This individual will also use their creative and analytical skills to develop value propositions and benefits that resonate with target markets while differentiating Gradient AI’s P&C solutions from its competitors and uniquely positioning Gradient AI as a market leader. 

How you will make an impact: 

  • Develop a deep understanding and expertise of Gradient AI’s P&C solutions, with a particular focus on workers’ compensation 
  • Write extensive content in support of generating leads and helping prospects in their buying decisions 
  • Develop effective lead generation programs including webinars, white papers and video content among other initiatives 
  • Evangelize and champion Gradient AI’s P&C solutions with prospects, partners, analysts and other influencers 
  • Develop effective sales tools including presentations, videos, case studies, data sheets, brochures, white papers, press releases, byline articles, ROI models, and other collateral to nurture and accelerate prospects’ journey to conversion  
  • Work in close collaboration with members of the marketing, product management, and sales teams to develop breakthrough marketing, packaging and branding of Gradient AI's P&C solutions
  • Craft value propositions for all P&C offerings expressing both qualitative and quantitative business benefits that resonate with target audiences 
  • Drive website content and collaborate on design direction to effectively communicate the value of P&C offerings  
  • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure Gradient AI's P&C value propositions are effectively differentiated from competing solutions
  • Craft and create effective content to establish thought leadership. Develop compelling multimedia content that target market audiences find valuable and engaging 
  • Engage with customers to create compelling stories and case studies to communicate third party validation of the value of Gradient AI’s P&C solutions 

 Skills needed to succeed:   

  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing professional with a demonstrated ability to develop insightful and compelling messaging and content in support of aggressive revenue goals 
  • A strong working knowledge of the P&C insurance industry from both an underwriting and claims perspective, preferably with direct experience in insurance or with an insurtech 
  • Exceptional written, presentation and communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate, advocate for, and defend a viewpoint 
  • Bachelor’s degree required
