About The Role
We are looking for a Vice President, Business Development to join our Business Development team. The VP, Business Development’s primary role is to help deliver growth within the Grabango ecosystem. You will be responsible for originating, growing and otherwise managing retailer partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess business development prospect origination and development experience, an ability to work cross functionally, and a strong motivation to get things done. Being curious, thinking big and exploring diverse ideas is a must!
The successful candidate will also develop and present pipeline reports to the executive team.
This full-time role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Identify, nurture, and negotiate partnerships with Fortune500 retail organizations.
Work and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to drive an opportunity to completion.
Identify new opportunities for partnerships in the market through insights into the tech industry.
Be a strategic and creative problem solver adept at balancing driven short-term pressures with overall long-term goals.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills that convey sophisticated concepts in a compelling, concise and inspiring way.
Be a phenomenal teammate and leader who is highly strategic yet execution focused with a clear vision of how our partners and customers will benefit from Grabango products.

Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of experience in sales/BD or Associate’s degree with 8 years of experience as a sales development representative.
