About your key responsibilities and impact:

Strategy and L&D Processes:

  • Creating, delivering, and continuously reviewing L&D strategies to ensure alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture;
  • Developing an organizational learning and development plan that fills gaps and addresses talents, resources, and future abilities, considering the changing environment and requirements;
  • Describing and implementing L&D processes based on business needs, organizational goals, and company values;
  • Managing the budget allocated for learning and development initiatives, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness;
  • Driving and implementing changes in HR processes and approaches for developing a continuous learning culture and growth environment in the company;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify business needs, skills gaps, and learning objectives for developing effective learning initiatives;
  • Providing key data and analytics to inform our learning strategy and ensuring we’re delivering optimal outcomes;
  • Researching and implementing new approaches, tools, and technologies in L&D.

L&D Solutions:

  • Designing and delivering our learning & development framework, including core management skills with effective measurement and stakeholder engagement, linking to performance outcomes for management roles and the wider talent pipeline;
  • Developing and delivering leadership programs for our senior and high-potential talent, aligned to our talent cycle and strategy;
  • Designing and delivering a program that increases the sharing of knowledge and collaboration across the company;
  • Managing, reviewing, and evolving the LMS platform to support L&D frameworks and processes;
  • Collaborating with Assessment specialists to design and implement assessment tools and leadership capability models, building capability for line managers and HR Business Partners around talent identification & development activities.

L&D Team Management:

  • Starting with one direct report and having the opportunity to review the current structure, workload, capacity, and tasks to ensure operational efficiency and maintain a high-engagement atmosphere.



Essential professional experience:

  • An experienced L&D professional with 5+ years’ experience in the L&D function on Senior/Lead/Manager roles;
  • Experience in developing of L&D strategy and implementing of L&D processes;
  • Experience in team management and budget ownership;
  • Expert knowledge and experience of the design & delivery of management and leadership development programs;
  • Extensive knowledge of latest learning methodologies and trends;
  • Experienced with digital learning and LMS solutions;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;
  • Ability to align development initiatives with organizational goals and measure their impact;
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong organizational, planning skills and time management abilities;
  • Collaborative and growth mindset;
  • Proven facilitation skills and ability to coach managers and leaders at all levels to identify learning needs in their teams;
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions;
  • Enthusiastic about L&D and its impact on business success;
  • Adopts a practical approach, avoiding cookie-cutter solutions;
  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
  • English - Upper Intermediate+

 

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • International L&D experience;
  • Experience with talent assessment tools and methodologies;
  • Experience in building and implementation of L&D practices for remote teams;
  • Used to work using technologies and processes automation to bridge the gaps.
