Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating the progress of construction drawing production in the design institute and organizing internal review of drawings to ensure project planning and construction drawing design are approved.
- Responsible for overall infrastructure project management, including construction management of factory buildings, living areas, and outdoor facilities.
- Cooperate with various technical personnel to confirm the quality and quantity of civil construction.
- Responsible for the completion acceptance, engineering quality, fire protection, occupational health, safety, and other aspects of construction projects, as well as archiving of project documents.
- Responsible for regularly organizing inspections of project safety and civilized construction, coordinating the interface between civil construction and other specialties to ensure the safe and effective implementation of the project.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 8 years or more of work experience, including 5 years or more of experience in infrastructure projects.
- Familiar with the construction of large-scale electronic/new energy factories, and have participated in battery factory construction management.
- Familiar with pre-settlement related work, proficient in engineering software such as AUTOCAD, and familiar with construction project reporting, acceptance, and other related processes.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the US construction industry.
