As a Senior Manager for Key Account Technologist, you will play a vital role in managing and expanding our technology partnerships with major accounts. Your primary focus will be to oversee technical collaborations, align our product offerings with client needs, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage key technological relationships with major accounts in the EV and ESS sectors.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams to tailor battery solutions to customer specifications.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for technology advancement.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
  • Foster strong client relationships, providing technical expertise and support.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for account growth.
  • Represent Gotion in industry events, conferences, and technical forums.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. A Master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the battery technology industry, with a focus on EV and ESS.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and technological partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of battery technologies, industry standards, and market trends. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

 

 

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.

$100,000$200,000 USD
