Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Production Cost Management: Ensure production is under control, using the lowest cost and
most rapid speed to produce and develop products that sales team needs; meanwhile,
familiarize with production statistical report, master production process.
• Quality Cost Management: Organize subsidiaries control over production quality management,
enhance quality of products.
• Equipment Maintenance Management: Responsible for equipment breakdown maintenance,
daily maintenance, ensure equipment can meet production needs.
• Personnel Training Management: Responsible for associates' performance evaluation, organize
necessary training sessions, ensure one person can handle more than one positions, improve
associates' skills.
• Work site 5S Management: Responsible for logistics moving smoothly over entire factory,
supervise and monitor 5S standard on work site.
• Production Delivery Management: According to production delivery request, coordinate inside
the working areas to ensure we can deliver it on time and meet both quality and quantity
requirement.
• New Product Development Management: Responsible for new product trial production, make
and ensure cutting template, ensure first batch will produce normally.
• Production Safety Management: Guarantee the production safety, equipment safety, human
safety, environmental cleanliness in factory.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,
diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and
customers."
• 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Previous management experience required.
• 5S, 6 Sigma, TPM, IE and other management knowledge.
• SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA quality management tools.
• Systematic knowledge ISO14001/OHSAS18001 management system
Physical Requirements:
• The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods.
• Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip).
• Visual acuity including, but not limited to:
o NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and
minute accuracy is demanded.
o FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in
terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditions.
o DEPTH PERCEPTION - Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial
relationships to see objects where and as they are.
o COLOR VISION - Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
o FIELD OF VISION - Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left
while eyes are fixed on a given point.
