Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible to the supervisor, accepting assigned tasks.
• Responsible for production coordination and distribution according to production planning and
tasks.
• Pre-shift meeting focusing on product quality, safety, and problems of the previous shift.
• Responsible for product quality spot check, on-site arranging and organizing, and on shift
production report audit.
• Responsible for implementing daily attendance, briefing production, and proposing solutions.
• Responsible for labor discipline supervision, and emergency treatment.
• Responsible for first piece inspection, spot check, labor protective appliance wearing.
• Responsible for completion with product quality and quantity assured.
• Responsible for new employee training, and production and personnel safety.
• Completing relevant data report and system recording, and ensuring its authenticity, objectivity
and timeliness, and consistency between the inventory and accounts.
• Inspecting production process, preventing equipment or personnel reason that might cause
downtime.
• Conscientiously implementing Integrated Management System Documents.
• Storing wastes by categories.

Required Qualifications:
• Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,
diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and
customers."
• 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Experience with tempering control system software operations
• Familiarity with tempered glass forming principles and properties.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and guidance for simple malfunctions.
• Experience with simple equipment failure and maintenance and guidance.
• Print machine, washing machine, BT machine operation and adjustment.
• Familiarity with production statistic report and recording, and other production statistics
knowledge and skills.
Physical Requirements:
• The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods.
• Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip).
• Visual acuity including, but not limited to:
o NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and
minute accuracy is demanded.
o FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in
terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditions.
o DEPTH PERCEPTION - Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial
relationships to see objects where and as they are.
o COLOR VISION - Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
o FIELD OF VISION - Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left
while eyes are fixed on a given point.
