Job Responsibilities
- Install Energy Storage Systems (ESS) components such as pipelines and wiring.
- Drill holes, connect pipes, and install communication lines.
- Perform spot checks and quality inspections; maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular equipment cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S principles.
- Use tightness testing equipment as needed.
- Adhere to environmental safety protocols, including waste disposal and hazard recognition.
- Understand and follow material safety data sheets (MSDS) and emergency response procedures.
Job Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Experience in related industries may also be considered.
- Skills:
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Basic computer skills for using manufacturing software (if applicable).
- Other: Forklift certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to meet specific visual acuity requirements (near/far vision, depth perception, color vision).
- Able to wear steel-toed work boots.
