- Project management such as following up stakeholders to deliver the project outcome on time and setting up the project status update meeting and conduct facilitation.
- Creating documents in both English and Chinese with Powerpoint.
- Schedule management of reporting manager.
- Schedule assistant of some team members.
- Translating documents.
- Communication with third parties (Clients or service providers) and arranging meetings.
- Take meeting minutes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- 4 years of education in university with major of science/management related fields
- Detail oriented mindset
- Learning agility and rapid reactivity
- Good adaptability
- Commitment to advancing sustainable energy technologies
