About the Role
We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented ERP Analyst to join our growing team in Manteno, IL. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in optimizing our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for the ERP system.
- Configure, customize, and test the ERP system to meet specific departmental and organizational needs.
- Develop and implement data migration plans to ensure seamless integration of data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, providing timely and effective support to end users.
- Participate in ongoing system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Develop and deliver training materials to educate users on the functionality and best practices of the ERP system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP trends and technologies, constantly seeking opportunities to improve system effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) in an analytical or implementation role.
- Strong understanding of ERP functionalities and modules, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
