Job Summary: The After Sales Technician plays a crucial role in providing technical support and service to customers who have purchased battery products, including EV battery packs and modules. This position involves addressing post-sale inquiries, performing diagnostics, and conducting necessary repairs to ensure customer satisfaction with our products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and service to customers for battery products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and concerns reported by customers.
- Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on battery products, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with the After Sales Engineer and Customer Service team to ensure timely resolution of post-sale problems.
- Document all service activities, including repairs and maintenance, for record-keeping and analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support or technician role, preferably in the field of electrical or mechanical systems.
- Educational background in a relevant field, such as Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
Base Pay Information: Base pay is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a specific range. The specific base pay for the After Sales Technician role will depend on factors including the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
The After Sales Technician is a critical position that directly contributes to customer satisfaction by providing technical support, diagnostics, and repair services for our battery products, including EV battery packs and modules.
*This is an hourly paid position with overtime eligibility*.
