Job Summary: The After Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and solutions to customers who have purchased battery products, including EV battery packs and modules. This role involves addressing post-sale inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers regarding battery products.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns related to product performance.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of post-sale problems.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for product improvement.
- Offer guidance and recommendations to customers for optimal product use and maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
- Educational background in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
