Job Summary: The Customer Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of battery products, including EV battery packs and modules, meets or exceeds customer specifications. This position involves actively supporting quality assurance operations and addressing customer quality concerns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in quality assurance operations, including conducting inspections and quality control checks.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Quality Manager to address non-conformance items and maintain product quality standards.
  • Support the handling of customer audits to ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve customer quality issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Promote quality awareness among team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering (QE) or Quality Assurance (QA) roles.
  • Educational background in a relevant field, such as Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.

Base Pay Information: Base pay is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a specific range. The specific base pay for the Customer Quality Engineer role will depend on factors including the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
