Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure strong quality operation on the Energy Storage System product Pilot Line.
- Manage component quality, production process quality, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Develop quality standards, product quality plans, and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Deploy manufacturing requirements to subsystems, assemblies, and components.
- Support process capability analyses, manage root cause and corrective actions.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in QE/QA roles, preferably in battery/consumer electronics/medical devices companies.
- BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Materials Engineering.
