Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise quality assurance operations, develop workflows, and lead projects.
- Resolve non-conformance items, handle customer audits, and address customer quality issues.
- Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure that the Energy Station Storage products manufactured at the Fremont Pilot Line are in quality specification.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-10 years of experience in QE/QA Lead roles, preferably in battery/consumer electronics/medical devices companies.
- BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Materials Engineering.
