Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack/Module production line, hitting target yield, capabilities, throughput, and OEE.
- Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in-process quality checks.
- Support initial process qualification, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate problem-solving using quality tools.
- Establish and improve the process flow of a specific battery production stage.
- Develop and maintain process documents, conduct training for production employees.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-10 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably in Pack/Module assembly processes.
- BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Materials Engineering.
