Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities, including landscaping, janitorial, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and security systems.
- Manage the inventory of office supplies and equipment, including ordering supplies as needed and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained.
- Ensure that the facility is clean, organized, and presentable always.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and managing vendor performance.
- Oversee the coordination of events and meetings, including setting up conference rooms and providing catering as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the office and facility to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
- Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including IT, HR, and finance, to ensure that all departments have the resources they need to perform their functions effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all facilities-related activities and expenses.
- 3-5 years of experience in office management or facility management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience managing office and facility budgets.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Working knowledge of contracts and related documents
