Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project planning, implementing and management to meet delivery and budget requirements.
  • Deploy project management strategies to grow global projects and business.
  • Lead project teams for product engineering, applications, and service
  • Guide projects through different phases and provide updates on the project progress
  • Develop metrics and targets for achieving continuous improvement in project delivery
  • Build up and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Provide Coaching to project team members.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in managing technical projects in the automotive industry.
  • Industry experience preferred: EV battery /or automotive industry.
  • Global project management experiences preferred.

For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $­­­­ 110,000 and $ 140,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
