The Operation Management Specialist - is responsible to assist the director of NA product center on department budget planning, spending checking, regular resource forecast, is responsible to track and report department operation health status, includes project overall timing and key issues which require functional stakeholders to be aware and focus on. The position will also assist on manpower resource planning per business growth and project running cadence. He/she is the liaison of NA product center with cross functional teams on budget planning, human resource planning, budget spending, project management operation. The position plays key role to reinforce NA product center work efficiency through properly managing engineering resource to support project smoothly operation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead to track and report department operation health status, includes project overall timing, key issues and look ahead milestone activities.
- Assist on department budget planning, spending checking, regular resource forecast,
- Assist on manpower resource planning per business growth and project smoothly running cadence.
- Acting as a liaison of NA product center with cross functional teams on budget planning, human resource planning, budget spending, project management operation, finance.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with customers, functional stakeholders.
- Conduct department operation Risk/Opportunity analysis, develop and implement appropriate action plans for critical issues.
- Perform other tasks cascaded from up level management.

For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $ 70,000 and $ 90,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
