Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in organizing, planning, and executing renewable energy projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and materials to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and finance, to gather project updates and facilitate communication.
- Act as a central point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and budget tracking sheets.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies to anticipate and address potential project challenges.
- Support the implementation of project management tools and processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and site visits, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned with project objectives.
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to the project team and management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize project management practices and enhance overall project outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or related field.
- Proven experience (insert number of years) in project coordination or project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) is desirable.
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, industry regulations, and best practices is a plus.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, both Written and Spoken
