Gotion is a 'World Top 10' cell and battery manufacturer for electric vehicles and energy storage. We are expanding into the European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and budget and analyze variances
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze the financial reporting and general ledger system
- Build up financial team and improve project accounting systems
- Manage Financing, M&A projects, tax plan, audits, and risk control
- Ensure proper accounting and business controls are in place to safeguard company assets
- Research and analyze financial reports of competitors, and market trends to provide insightful information to aid in company’s long-term and short-term decision making
Requirements for the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Finance
- 3+ years' Accounting experience with financial analysis and modeling experience
- Fluency in German and English (Chinese a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of SAP
- A Self-starter with ability to analyze, prioritize, and execute in a high-pressure environment
- Ideally experience in international working environment and Battery Industry in Europe Must possess a positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes in workload and job requirements
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills needed to develop collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams
