Job responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements, annual financial budgets and analyze differences and controls
  • maintain, prepare, and analyze the basic information base of the financial reporting and general ledger system to ensure the accuracy of the data
  • Establish a financial team and improve the project financial control system
  • Corporate financing, project mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, auditing, and risk control
  • Ensure that the appropriate accounting and business controls are in place to protect company assets
  • Corporate business model development and model profitability analysis
  • Research and analyze competitors' financial reports and market trends to provide insightful information to help companies make long- and short-term decisions
  • Support and lead the ERP start-up project with the head of the headquarters IT department as the head of the finance department, and supervise the monthly ERP settlement
  • Monthly financial settlements and reports to ensure that the accounting reports are in accordance with IFRS GAAP, PRC GAAP requirements
  • Coordinate controller collaboration with China Headquarters to define and implement financial reporting requirements
  • Perform quotation evaluations for customer sale opportunities

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degrees in accounting, finance, or finance from key institutions, with master's degrees as a priority
  • More than 5 years of experience in financial analysis and business model financial analysis
  • 5 years of financial management with 3 years being in a manufacturing setting
  • Extensive practical experience in accounting (G/FP-A reporting/budget planning/project control), tax compliance and auditing
  • Knowledgeable with IFRS and local GAAP
  • familiar with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze large data sets and generate reports
  • Must have a positive attitude and capacity to adapt to changes in workload and job requirements
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills required to build collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English and Chinese language is a plus
